This coffee comes from the Cauca region, one of the most important coffee-growing areas in Colombia, known for its cultural diversity and natural wealth. It is produced by Nestor Castillo together with the Misak Indigenous Community, who combine ancestral knowledge and modern methods to grow high-quality coffees.

The farm is located in a mountainous area with altitudes above 1,800 meters, where the cool microclimate, nutrient-rich volcanic soils and constant rainfall create ideal conditions for growing coffee.

The Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties are carefully processed using a 12-hour controlled oxidation washing method, followed by sun drying, a technique that highlights the purity of the flavors while preserving their complexity.

This coffee is a reflection of the commitment of indigenous communities to quality, sustainability and preservation of their traditions, which allows you to enjoy a coffee with a direct connection to its origin and to the people who make it possible.
