Whether filter or espresso, this is our answer to everything. Balanced, complex, and approachable, this coffee can turn any skeptic into a specialty coffee lover.

Focus on the Mix
At Onyx, we create our blends differently. Instead of selecting coffees by origin, we first define an ideal flavor profile and then seek out coffees that meet it. For Geometry, we look for notes of blueberry, lemon, and tea, achieved with a combination of:
✔ Washed Colombian coffee – provides sweetness, syrupy body and clean notes of fermented fruit.
✔ Washed Ethiopian coffee – adds more fruit and complexity to the cup.

This blend is updated every 2-3 months with fresh seasonal coffees, always ensuring the best quality. We do not use “blender” coffees to reduce costs or prolong the shelf life of a good coffee. With Geometry, you will always enjoy coffee at its best.
