Traceability

Las Camelias Farm is a unique farm located in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. The farm has 15 ha and is located at approximately 1,790 masl. The lot consists mainly of Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon varieties. Las Camelias' lot uses anaerobic fermentation. After harvesting, the coffee is moved to the mill where it is processed; the ripe cherries are fermented for 36 hours in waterless tanks. It is then spread out on African beds and left to dry for 20 days at a density of 16 kg/m². During this time, the coffee is moved 5 times a day, depending on the weather, and is covered at night to protect it.

Grown at 1,790 meters above sea level, the coffee comes from the Caturra and Catuai varieties, which have been carefully processed using a natural method. With prominent notes of purple grapes, cocoa and almonds, this coffee presents an enveloping sweetness and a creamy body that makes it perfect for preparing a high-quality espresso. Its roasting date in November 2024 guarantees freshness and maximum expression of its flavors. Ideal for coffee lovers looking for a balanced cup with a fruity and chocolatey touch.
