Los Juiciosos Espresso

Originating in Guadalupe, in the heart of Huila, Colombia, this coffee is the fruit of the collaborative work of small local producers, who cultivate the Castillo variety in volcanic soils at over 1,500 meters above sea level. After selective hand-picking, the beans undergo a traditional washing process that enhances their clarity and natural sweetness.

Los Juiciosos Espresso is a carefully washed Castillo de Huila that surprises from the first inhalation with fresh aromas of ripe pear, yellow fruits, and a soft vanilla undertone. In the cup, it displays a round and well-structured body, accompanied by a medium acidity reminiscent of pear and an intense sweetness of toffee and honey. Each sip culminates in a long, delicate finish of raw almonds, offering a balanced and smooth experience that wins over both discerning baristas and home espresso lovers.
