☕ Omniroast Colombia Las Flores
Coming from Finca Las Flores, in Acevedo, Huila, founded in 1990 by Edilberto Vergara and Nubia Ayure. What began with 2 hectares is today a benchmark in specialty coffees. Led by Jhoan Vergara, this Java variety coffee and washed process presents notes of lemongrass, cherry and dehydrated fruit, with nuances of kiwi, mango, melon and grapefruit.

☕ Ethiopia Bombe Filter
Grown at the Ayla washing station in Sidamo, Ethiopia, founded in 2018 by Faysel Abdosh. Around 800 small farmers provide cherries grown between 1,950 and 2,000 meters above sea level, with practices that guarantee quality and sustainability. This coffee of JARC 74110 and JARC 74158 varieties and washed process offers floral and fruity notes with blueberries and white sugar, complemented by an aftertaste of 70% chocolate and red plum.
