Ingredients:
20-25 grams of specialty coffee (adjust according to cup size and preferred strength)
300 ml of filtered water (temperature between 92-96°C)
Origami M paper filter
Instructions:
Equipment preparation:

Place the paper filter into the Origami M Dripper and rinse it with hot water. This helps to remove any papery taste and preheats the equipment and the carafe or cup you will be serving the coffee in.
Grinding coffee:

Grind the coffee to a medium texture, similar to coarse salt. The grind should be uniform to ensure a balanced extraction.
Adding coffee to the dripper:

Place the 20-25 grams of ground coffee into the filter, leveling it to ensure even distribution.
Pre-infusion (bloom):

Pour about 60ml of hot water over the coffee, moistening it evenly. Let it sit for about 30 seconds. This step allows the coffee to "bloom", releasing gases and helping with a more even extraction.
Main discharge:

After pre-infusion, start pouring the water steadily in circles, making sure to cover all the coffee grounds. Do this in a slow and controlled manner, aiming for a spiral pour from the center outwards.
Continue pouring until you reach 300ml of water, keeping in mind that the pouring should take about 3-4 minutes in total (this depends on the pouring speed and grind). Make sure to keep the water level constant throughout the brewing.
End extraction:

Once you have poured in all the water, allow the coffee to finish brewing. Full extraction should take between 3-4 minutes.
Serve and enjoy:

Remove the Origami M Dripper and pour the coffee into your Origami glass cup or carafe. If you prefer, you can enjoy it alone or with milk, depending on your taste.
Tips:
Adjust the amount of coffee and water according to the size of the cup and the intensity you prefer.
