Toningo is a bold and flavorful coffee, originally from the Sierra Madre Oriental in Veracruz. Grown by Juan Zapata since 1974, he protects the local forest by planting one tree for every kilo of coffee sold. With Caturra, Catuai and Typica varieties and a honey process, Toningo offers notes of grapefruit, plum and caramel, reflecting its unique and sustainable character.

Amount of coffee: 15g
Water: 250ml (temperature between 92-96°C)
Method: V60, Chemex or Aeropress (filter)
Instructions:
Place the ground coffee into the filter.
Pour the water in a circular motion, starting in the center and then moving toward the edges.
Make a two-stage infusion: first, moisten the coffee (30ml of water) and let it sit for 30 seconds.
Then, pour the rest of the water in gentle movements until reaching 250 ml.
Let it filter completely and enjoy your fresh, balanced coffee.
