Traceability: Designed for espresso, this blend is renewed every 3-4 months with seasonal coffees. Currently, it is composed of Colombia La Ceja #1 (Familia Macias) and Ethiopia Shoondisha G1 Natural.

Traceability: A blend of washed coffees that combine the sweetness of Colombia with the bright acidity of Ethiopia. Designed to achieve a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, ideal for espresso and filter.
Kenya Kevote AA

Origin: Makengi, Embu County, Kenya
Traceability: Produced at the Kevote Factory, managed by the Kirurumwe Farmers' Society, which works with over 1,300 smallholders. This coffee undergoes a meticulous fermentation and drying process on raised beds, ensuring quality and consistency in every batch.

Intense and velvety body, with a chocolatey profile and notes of vinous red fruits, caramel and molasses. Perfect for espresso and milk drinks.

Southern Weather
A medium roast coffee that balances sweetness and acidity, with notes of milk chocolate, plum and candied nuts. Juicy and citrusy finish.

Kenya Kevote AA
From Embu, Kenya, this coffee with SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 varieties stands out for its notes of blackberry, papaya, raw sugar and orange. Bright and fruity, ideal for both espresso and filter.
