Alba es un microlote natural cultivado en El Aguacate, West Valley (Costa Rica) por la familia Acuña (Marespi), tercera generación dedicada al café con control total desde finca hasta exportación.

La variedad Catuaí, desarrollada originalmente en Brasil, se ha consolidado en Costa Rica como una de las más equilibradas y expresivas cuando se cultiva en altitud.

Este lote crece a 1.890 msnm, en suelos volcánicos ricos y bajo la influencia climática del Cerro Chirripó, lo que favorece una maduración lenta y uniforme.

Recolección manual selectiva
Clasificación por densidad
Secado en camas africanas durante aproximadamente 22 días
Movimiento constante y control preciso de humedad

El resultado es una taza dulce y madura, con acidez jugosa de uva, profundidad tropical que recuerda a papaya con semillas y delicadas notas florales violetas que se perciben tanto en aroma como en el final.

Un natural preciso, equilibrado y elegante, donde tradición varietal y procesamiento meticuloso se encuentran.
