Este lote exclusivo proviene de Finca Anaya, en Acevedo, Huila (Colombia), producido por Sergio Darío Aranda Gómez, uno de los perfiles más técnicos e innovadores del país.

La variedad Sidra se trabaja mediante un proceso Advanced Natural, cuidadosamente estructurado:
- Selección manual de cerezas en máxima maduración
- Fase oxidativa inicial
- Fermentación anaeróbica con levaduras salvajes a 30 °C durante 4 días
- Secado lento al sol durante 15–20 días hasta 10–11% de humedad

El resultado es una taza exuberante, expresiva y perfectamente definida. La dulzura es intensa y jugosa, acompañada de una acidez viva, casi efervescente, y una textura envolvente que aporta profundidad.
