Banko Gotiti es una expresión clásica de lo que hace tan especial al café etíope.

Proveniente de Gedeb, una de las regiones más reconocidas de Etiopía, este lote fue procesado en la estación Eva Washing Station, donde la trazabilidad y el control de calidad son prioridades absolutas.

Cultivado entre 2000 y 2100 msnm por cientos de pequeños productores, este café destaca por su claridad, frescura y complejidad aromática.

El resultado es una taza vibrante y limpia, llena de notas cítricas y florales.

Proceso

Procesado mediante método washed, enfocado en transparencia y precisión:

Recolección manual de cerezas maduras
Selección por flotación
Despulpado inmediato
Fermentación bajo agua (24–48h)
Lavado completo
Secado en camas elevadas (10–15 días)

Este proceso resalta la claridad y la acidez brillante del origen.
