Carambolo es un café que combina dulzor y claridad con un perfil moderno y muy fácil de disfrutar.

Desarrollado por Néstor Lasso y Jhoan Vergara en Pitalito (Huila), este lote mezcla variedades Tabi y Yellow Colombia, logrando una taza equilibrada donde la fruta madura y la acidez brillante se complementan perfectamente.

La doble fermentación aporta mayor profundidad y estructura sin perder limpieza.

El resultado es un café jugoso, dulce y muy versátil para distintos métodos.

Procesado mediante double fermentation, enfocado en complejidad y balance:

Selección rigurosa de cerezas maduras
Fermentación controlada en múltiples etapas
Desarrollo de dulzor y claridad aromática
Secado lento para estabilizar el perfil

Este proceso aporta una textura más redonda y una fruta bien definida.
