Details
Goût & Co is a specialty coffee micro-roastery founded in Chengdu, China, in 2020.
Led by founder and roaster Tong, the roastery combines engineering precision with a passion for specialty coffee, developing individual roast profiles designed to reveal the natural characteristics of each lot.
Their philosophy is simple: roast as lightly as possible while preserving sweetness, clarity and the unique personality of every coffee.
Rather than defining roast levels by color alone, Goût & Co focuses on sensory expression, adjusting each roast according to the coffee's origin, density and green bean characteristics.
The roastery selects more than 100 premium micro-lots annually and operates with Stronghold roasting technology.
This BrewFusion drop brings together seven carefully selected coffees, ranging from the award-winning Ethiopian Bochesa Natural to the rare Kotowa Duncan Ethiopian Heirloom from Panama and the elegant La Casa Geisha from Honduras.
Each coffee offers a different expression of origin, variety and processing, all united by Goût & Co's ultra-light roasting approach.
Available in individual 100g bags.
Shipping from November 18, 2026. Please note that any other coffees purchased in the same order will be shipped together with this drop starting November 18.
