About Process Coffee
About Process Coffee
Process was founded by Ben Hamilton, a seasoned coffee professional and creative entrepreneur based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. With a deep passion for coffee and community, Ben co-founded Guilt Trip in 2017, a renowned coffee and donut shop where he served as general manager for three years. This venture allowed him to collaborate with like-minded individuals and cultivate a vibrant coffee culture.
In 2020 amid the chaos of the pandemic, Ben jumped off the deep end once more and launched Process. His vision was to create a brand that celebrates the people and stories behind each cup, fostering connections between producers and consumers, elevating coffee to where it should be, and at the same time making it accessible and EZPZ to get involved with. Process is about Future Fond Memories. Those small but meaningful moments shared over a cup of coffee. Whether it’s your daily ritual, a café visit with friends, or the first sip of a new brew, Process is about making each experience one to remember.
Ben's innovative and creative approach is evident in Process's unique packaging, inspired by nostalgic VHS tapes. This creative design has garnered international attention and acclaim, from customers, cafes and corporations.
It's Nice That: Featured Process's packaging, noting how it "rewinds to the days of VHS" and brings a playful, nostalgic touch to coffee presentation.
Sprudge: Highlighted the packaging's experiential design, emphasizing the excitement of "sliding the tray out from the sleeve to reveal the coffee.
The Independent: Awarded Process top marks for best coffee packaging, stating, "When we first saw it, we really thought it was an old school VHS tape."
Ben loves collaborating closely with creatives, non more so than local Belfast-based branding studio Angel & Anchor, who were instrumental in crafting a brand identity that resonates with both coffee enthusiasts and the broader worldwide community.
Whether you're a coffee homie, a café owner, or a business seeking thoughtfully sourced and expertly roasted coffee, Process is here to elevate your experience. Join us in celebrating the process behind every cup, and creating future fond memories together.
