Procesado mediante anaerobic natural, con enfoque en claridad:

Selección y flotación de cerezas maduras
Fermentación en ambiente de bajo oxígeno
Desarrollo de dulzor sin sobre-fermentación
Secado lento en camas elevadas bajo sombra

Este proceso permite intensidad frutal con definición limpia.
