Cultivado entre 1800 y 2200 msnm, este lote combina variedades tradicionales como Welicho y Kurume con un proceso honey que aporta mayor textura y dulzor sin perder claridad.

El resultado es un café elegante y jugoso, con un perfil floral y tipo té que mantiene gran equilibrio tanto en filtro como en espresso moderno.

Procesado mediante método honey, este café conserva parte del mucílago durante el secado:

Recolección selectiva de cerezas maduras
Despulpado parcial
Secado lento para preservar azúcares naturales
Desarrollo de textura más sedosa y complejidad aromática

Este proceso aporta dulzor y estructura manteniendo limpieza.
