Produced by Oscar Hernandez at the Los Nogales farm, this lot of Bourbon Pepper grows between 1,870 and 2,000 meters in Pitalito, one of the most recognized areas of Colombia for its combination of altitude, stable climate and great aromatic potential.

The coffee is processed using Washed Thermal Shock 111, a method that combines controlled fermentation and thermal shock to lock in aromatic compounds, enhance definition, and maintain an exceptionally clean structure. The result is a precise, bright, and refined cup, where every note emerges with clarity and balance.
