Description

This Acaiá lot from Fazenda São Domingos represents the most classic, clean, and balanced side of Brazilian coffee. Located in Mococa (São Paulo) and owned by Marco A. Guardabaxo, the farm combines historical heritage with advanced technical infrastructure that allows for absolute control at every stage of processing.

The farm features Pinhalense and Penagos systems, 9,000 m² of drying patios, temperature sensors, specialized dryers, and a fully managed drip irrigation system. After harvesting—manual for young trees and selective mechanical harvesting for mature trees—the cherries are dried for 10 to 15 days before being transferred to controlled dryers and subsequently stored in wooden silos for 4 to 6 weeks.

The result is a balanced, approachable coffee, consistent in espresso and with its own distinct character: chocolatey sweetness, a variety of nuts, and a pleasant body. A classic Brazilian profile, ideal for those seeking consistency and smoothness.
