This lot from Julián Calderón, grown at 1,800 MASL in Palestina, Huila, showcases a clean, precise, and elegant expression of Colombian Pink Bourbon. Fully washed, it offers a bright and transparent cup with a defined structure, delicate sweetness, and an especially silky texture.

Julián works with each variety very intentionally, adapting his cultivation to the conditions of each plot. His long-standing relationship with LaREB has allowed for the development of coffees of great consistency and precision, where the processing seeks to fully respect the character of the variety and its origin.

In the cup, this Pink Bourbon presents notes of orange and orange blossom, accompanied by a fresh and crisp acidity. The profile evolves into a silky texture and a clean, persistent finish, resulting in a floral, bright, and very balanced coffee.
