Description
This Yellow Catuaí from Fazenda Guariroba was specially selected and roasted for Douglas Conde (Daytrip Coffee), who competed with it in the 2025 Brazilian Brewers Cup, achieving a remarkable 4th place nationally. This recognition confirms the potential and exceptional quality of this batch.
Produced in Santo Antônio do Amparo (Minas Gerais) and grown at 1,100 meters above sea level, this microlot combines the Lamounier family's coffee-growing tradition with cutting-edge processes. Guariroba is known for its commitment to innovative methods, especially controlled anaerobic fermentations that intensify sweetness, acidity, and aromatic complexity without sacrificing cup clarity.
The result is a juicy, precise, and deeply expressive coffee, with a profile that blends fruity sweetness, mild spices, and an unmistakable aromatic sensation reminiscent of root beer, creating a distinct experience within high-quality Brazilian coffees.
