This lot comes from the Los Nogales farm in Huila, Colombia, and was developed in conjunction with CATA Export, a project that supports small producers and more than 30 harvesting families. Thanks to their carefully developed fermentation protocol, they transform everyday coffees into exceptional experiences, always with respect for the land and the people.
The result is a cup with a silky body, gentle acidity, and a sweet and spicy profile reminiscent of a homemade dessert. Ideal for both espresso and filter coffee—the perfect coffee to accompany cold mornings or lazy afternoons.
