Coming from one of the first farms we visited in Panama, this coffee comes from the wonderful Altieri. A family farm, located southeast of Volcán Barú National Park, that has been producing coffee for 20 years.
This Geisha, lot 120226, was grown in the Chombi section of their Mima Estate. It has undergone a honey process, resulting in a cup with notes of apple, dried apricot, and panela.
