Located on the highest plots of the farm in Nariño, this micro-terroir cultivated at ~2,000 meters above sea level offers a distinctive profile marked by altitude, climate, and the innovative approach of José Ignacio Gómez López.

As a key figure in the specialty coffee scene in Nariño, José combines tradition, sustainability, and technique to produce coffees with their own identity.

The farm operates as a living ecosystem, where coffee coexists with crops like citrus and avocados, promoting biodiversity and resilience.

The result is a balanced, sweet coffee with elegant complexity.

Process

Processed using the honey method, this coffee retains part of the mucilage during drying, enhancing sweetness, texture, and depth.
