Description

Anabella Espresso comes from the Acatenango Valley, Guatemala, grown between 1500 and 1900 meters above sea level on the Santa Felisa farm, managed by siblings Anabella and Antonio Meneses.

Founded in 1904, Santa Felisa is today a leader in regenerative agriculture, combining scientific knowledge with ancestral practices. The farm uses organic compost, shade-grown agroforestry systems, and a strong social commitment, promoting fair employment, education, and inclusion in the local community.

The cherries are hand-picked at their optimal ripeness and processed as fully washed, followed by sun-drying on raised beds which guarantees cleanliness and balanced sweetness in the cup.

In espresso, Anabella offers a classic and comforting profile: roasted hazelnuts, sweet caramel, and creamy nougat, with a smooth texture and rounded body. It's a stable and perfectly balanced coffee for those seeking sweetness and consistency.

Coffee Collective

At Coffee Collective, we work from a simple yet essential philosophy: To create truly great coffee, we start with the people who grow the beans. We trade directly with coffee farmers and pay prices far above market level. This is not just an investment in quality but also in farmers' livelihoods, their future, and a more sustainable coffee industry.

Just as you pay a premium for a great wine, we believe that exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding quality deserve fair rewards. By paying more, we enable producers to invest in better production methods, improve their quality of life, and develop coffee to new heights, something you can taste in every cup.
