Traceability

To create this batch, the mixed fermentation technique was used. This involves adding a previously prepared sourdough starter to the coffee, followed by its subsequent joint fermentation. After washing and pulping, the coffee ferments, and when the pH indicators are reached, a sourdough starter is added. It is made with yeast, bacteria, and microbes present in fruits (pineapple and banana). The fermentation process lasts 170 hours, after which the coffee cherries are sun-dried. They are cleaned with a huller and packaged in GrainPro bags.

Description

This coffee is for banana milkshake lovers! Colombia-based Finca Milán brewed this coffee using advanced fermentation to give this Château a banana, toffee, caramel, and pineapple flavor. This coffee is also delicious with milk! For this particular coffee, our filter roast works wonderfully for espresso, so we use the same roast for both. For this reason, the "omniroast" label will appear on your box.
