Banko Gotiti is a classic expression of what makes Ethiopian coffee so special.

Originating from Gedeb, one of Ethiopia's most renowned regions, this lot was processed at the Eva Washing Station, where traceability and quality control are absolute priorities.

Cultivated between 2000 and 2100 masl by hundreds of small producers, this coffee stands out for its clarity, freshness, and aromatic complexity.

The result is a vibrant and clean cup, full of citrus and floral notes.

Process

Processed using the washed method, focused on transparency and precision:

Manual harvesting of ripe cherries
Float selection
Immediate pulping
Underwater fermentation (24–48h)
Complete washing
Drying on raised beds (10–15 days)

This process highlights the clarity and bright acidity of the origin.
