Bensa Setamo is a coffee that captures the purest essence of Ethiopian washed coffees.

Hailing from the Bombe community in the Bensa district (Sidamo), this organic lot is cultivated between 2,100 and 2,300 meters above sea level by over 550 smallholder farmers who deliver their cherries to the local washing station.

The combination of extreme altitude, cool climate, and meticulous processing results in a clean, bright profile with great definition.

This coffee represents the elegance and clarity that have made Ethiopia one of the most admired origins in the world of specialty coffee.

Processed using the washed method, this coffee prioritizes clarity, structure, and precision in the cup.

Cherries are handpicked, carefully pulped, and fermented before being washed and dried under controlled conditions.
