Inácio, a young and ambitious farmer, is the driving force behind this farm's transformation, challenging conventional norms.

The legacy began with Inácio's father, a man rooted in the conventional coffee trade during his youth. Green coffee traders doubted the potential for specialty coffee on this very farm, but fate had other plans. When Inácio's father fell ill, Inácio took his place and took charge of improving the farm from the ground up.

Inácio's commitment to excellence drove him to embrace innovation, revolutionizing everything from soil management and processing to drying methods. The results, savored in every cup, are a testament to his unwavering dedication.

Under Inácio's direction, no harvesting machines set foot on the land of this comparatively small farm, a rarity in Brazil's sprawling coffee landscape. Remarkably, the same coffee plants that once yielded less than 80 points have now reached an impressive 86 thanks to Inácio's tireless pursuit of change.
