Description
Description
Campo Hermoso Gesha is a sophisticated expression of Edwin Noreña's experimental work.
Produced in Circasia (Quindío), this lot combines the natural elegance of the Gesha variety with a Black Honey Mossto Fermentation process that provides aromatic depth and a more enveloping texture.
The result is a floral and complex coffee, where exotic and sweet notes are integrated cleanly and refinedly.
Process
Processed using Black Honey Mossto Fermentation, focused on intensity and clarity:
Rigorous selection of ripe cherries
Controlled fermentation with must
Honey drying preserving most of the mucilage
Development of sweetness and aromatic complexity
This process provides a creamy texture and a very expressive floral profile.
