Produced in Amaybamba, Cusco, this lot stands out due to the SL9 variety, a rare selection with Ethiopian roots that has garnered attention for its extraordinary cup quality and its ability to express the terroir of this remote region.
Grown at 2000 meters above sea level, this coffee offers a combination of tropical fruit, delicate florals, and a clean structure that perfectly reflects SEY's philosophy: maximum transparency and origin expression.

Processed using the washed method, focusing on clarity and precision:
Manual harvesting at peak ripeness
Floatation sorting
Pulping on the same day as harvest
Wet fermentation (~32h)

Drying on raised beds until 10.5% moisture
