Cata Reserva – Vol. II is one of DAK Coffee Roasters' most exclusive releases and one of the first batches from our partners' new farm at Cata Export. Produced in very limited quantities, this coffee represents a new stage of experimentation and precision at origin.
This is a semi-washed Pink Bourbon, a method that preserves some of the sweetness and aromatic expressiveness of the fruit, but with the clarity and crispness of a washed wine. The result is an exceptionally bright, clean, and vibrant cup with a lively and elegant acidity.
On the palate, delicate notes of white honey, elderflower, and peach emerge, creating a highly refined floral and fruity profile. This coffee stands out for its transparency, ethereal sensation, and luminous finish, ideal for those seeking expressive yet perfectly balanced coffees.

Dak was born from a true passion for coffee and the desire to embark on a never-ending journey of discovery. We are located in Amsterdam.
We select our coffees based on their unique cupping profiles and, of course, that they are 100% traceable. We partner with importers who share our values and carefully roast each of our coffees to deliver the best flavors they have to offer.
We roast on an IMF machine which provides a high degree of control and consistency in our roasts. The machine uses a convection system that allows the coffees to be properly developed in a shorter time. The result is clean, bright and sweet coffees.
