Description
Description
This lot comes from Finca Santa Teresa 2000, in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, produced by Roger Ureña Hidalgo, representative of several generations of coffee growers.
Roger developed his own micro-mill at approximately 2000 meters above sea level, allowing him to control every stage of the process, from manual harvesting to processing.
The coffee comes from the El Toño plot, located around 1900 meters above sea level, where the cool mountain climate and natural shade favor slow ripening and greater aromatic complexity.
Processed as White Honey, it offers a clean and structured cup, with marked sweetness and a silky texture.
In espresso it reveals a warm and balanced profile: milk chocolate, orange zest and caramel, with low acidity and a silky body.
