This Cherry Co-fermented Castillo comes from Los Patios, in La Plata (Huila), where small producers work alongside an innovative processing center.
After an initial aerobic fermentation at the origin, the coffee undergoes a second stage at Los Patios with cherry concentrate and a proprietary solution, creating an intensely fruity and surprisingly clean profile.
The result is a sweet and vibrant cup, dominated by ripe cherry and a smooth finish with vanilla notes.
