Description
Description
Colombia – Campo Hermoso. Cider
From the Campo Hermoso Estate in Circasia, Quindío, producer and innovator Edwin Noreña brings us this exceptional Black Honey Cider with carbonic maceration.
This process, inspired by craft beer fermentation techniques, combines multiple fermentations and recirculation of wort enriched with yeast and amino acids. The result is an exotic and tropical cup, with a profile highlighted by bright notes of pineapple, mango, starfruit, and a herbal freshness of eucalyptus.
A coffee of extraordinary complexity that reflects Noreña's experimental vision and commitment to creating unique and memorable profiles.
