Description
Description
This batch of papaya comes from Finca El Porvenir, located in Palestina, Huila, between 1,750 and 1,850 meters above sea level. The farm is managed by Sandra Milena Mora and Héctor Coy, who combine coffee production with environmental conservation, dedicating a large part of their land to a nature reserve.
The coffee is grown using organic practices, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and with natural fertilizers produced on the farm itself. After hand-picking and careful selection, the cherries undergo a wet fermentation of 36 to 48 hours, followed by slow drying on raised African beds and in a shaded drying room, which allows for the development of a clean and well-structured profile.
In the cup, El Porvenir Papayo stands out for its natural honey sweetness, a rich, creamy mouthfeel, and delicate almond notes, offering a balanced, smooth, and exceptionally clear coffee. Roasted by Koppi Roasters, it is an honest expression of the care, consistency, and attention to detail of its producers.
