The sensory profile combines the freshness of red fruits, the elegance of vanilla, the sweetness of caramel, and a delicate floral rose tea finish. Its process, which integrates carefully controlled aerobic and anaerobic fermentations, followed by a hybrid of mechanical and solar drying, ensures a complex, vibrant, and refined cup.
