This natural lot from Linarco Rodriguez comes from Huila, Colombia, grown at 2000 meters above sea level in one of the most fertile and biodiverse environments in the southwest of the country.

Although it is presented as “Natural Bourbon”, the variety is Pink Bourbon, recognized for its aromatic elegance and refined sweetness.

Process:
Selective manual collection
Sorting by flotation to remove unripe cherries
Fermentation in a sealed barrel for 72 hours
Light wash
Drying and stabilization

A low-intervention approach that allows the variety and terroir to express themselves clearly.
