Los Patios [Scarlet] is an innovative lot produced with the Castillo variety, grown between 1600 and 1900 meters above sea level in the Huila region of Colombia.

Developed by The Coffee Quest at its Los Patios fermentation station in La Plata, this coffee is part of an approach focused on research, fermentation control and consistent quality.

The Honey process with co-fermentation of red fruits enhances the fruity character and aromatic intensity of the batch.
