Colombia Night Owl is an exceptional decaffeinated coffee from Wilton Benitez, produced in Cauca with the Red Bourbon varietal. A light, floral, and very fruity coffee, with a clean and juicy cup highlighting notes of rose water, blackcurrant, and lemon sorbet.

Its Experimental Natural process provides great aromatic intensity and sweetness, while sugarcane decaffeination helps maintain the coffee's expression and clarity. The result is a refreshing, complex, and sweet decaffeinated coffee, far from the typical profile of a decaf.
