From La Plata, Huila, comes an innovative and experimental Geisha: the first successful peach co-fermentation process developed by the Los Patios R&D team under the direction of Juliana Serna and Alberto Gutiérrez.
This carbonic maceration Geisha Honey is enhanced with a natural peach concentrate, which enhances its delicate, floral profile and adds a rich sweetness. In the cup, it expresses notes of juicy peach, apricot, yellow plum, and honey, resulting in an exotic, complex, and utterly memorable coffee.
