This batch of Pink Bourbon, grown at Finca La Riviera by producer Julio Madrid under the Café UBA project, offers an intensely aromatic, luminous, and surprising cup. Designed for espresso, it stands out for its clarity and fruity expressiveness.

On the palate, the coffee is vibrant and explosive. The initial taste is marked by ripe peach and the delicate freshness of dragon fruit, followed by a bright tangerine acidity that balances with the floral sweetness of lychee. The result is an elegant, well-defined cup with a clean aroma, ideal for those seeking fruity coffees with character.

The process begins with the whole cherries resting for 24 hours, followed by pulping and fermentation in a bioreactor with selected yeasts for 20 hours under controlled conditions. Afterward, the coffee is washed to stabilize its profile and sun-dried for 25 days, with close monitoring to preserve its purity and elegance.

As an added value, this batch was transported to Europe in a cargo with 100% sail propulsion, reducing CO₂ emissions associated with maritime transport by up to 98%, also guaranteeing a direct transfer without transshipments.
