This lot comes from Finca La Pachuca, located at 1800 meters above sea level in the Dota Valley, one of the most prestigious regions of Costa Rica.

Produced by Roberto Mata Naranjo, a historical figure in Costa Rican coffee with almost 50 years of experience, this coffee reflects his focus on sustainability, responsible water management, and mastery of honey and natural processes.

The Caturra variety undergoes a 120-hour Juicy Honey fermentation, where the mucilage from the previous batch is reused to enrich the natural sugars and enhance the aromatic profile.

In the cup, it's vibrant and juicy. Notes of red berries, pineapple, and chocolate stand out, accompanied by a silky texture, medium acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
