This exclusive natural batch, produced in collaboration with Roble Negro Wet Mill in Tarrazú, reveals a vibrant Geisha, full of character and with an extraordinary aromatic expression.

The cup profile is vibrant, vinous, and exceptionally juicy, combining notes of red fruit, hints of red wine, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate. This complexity reflects both the excellence of the Geisha variety and the innovative vision of Jorge and his team.

This coffee is the result of a five-year relationship between the roastery and Roble Negro, built on consistent visits, sustainable practices, and exemplary quality control. The lot is particularly significant: after tasting the cherries directly at the farm and discovering their tropical potential, Jorge was encouraged to experiment for the first time with a natural process for his Geisha coffee.
The result — now produced exclusively for Prolog — is a limited, expressive, and deeply special coffee.

Grown at 1,800 meters above sea level and surrounded by forests, natural springs and a protected ecosystem, this Geisha reflects the biodiversity and environmental philosophy of the Roble Negro project.
