Description

This batch from Daniel Monge, a producer associated with the prestigious Roble Negro Micromill, is an example of balance and purity. After four years of collaboration and several visits to the estate and the team, this is the first Caturra that Daniel has shared, and the result is exceptional.

Grown at 1,800 meters above sea level at Finca Las Palomas (Tarbaca, Aserrí), this coffee reflects the tradition of three generations dedicated to perfecting their craft. The fully washed process accentuates its transparency in the cup, highlighting a refined sweetness and a smooth texture.

On the palate, it's friendly, elegant, and well-rounded, with notes of fresh apple, hints of macadamia nut, and a perfectly integrated, light acidity. A versatile and extremely enjoyable coffee, ideal for both filter and espresso.
