This Pink Bourbon from Didier Pajoy represents the work of one of Huila's most respected producers and a key figure in the Mártir Coffee project.
Grown on Finca La Esperanza, this lot reflects years of dedication to quality, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Its performance earned it 3rd place in the Copa de Oro, one of the most important Colombian coffee competitions.
The result is a clean, bright, and extremely precise cup, where fruit and acidity are expressed with great clarity.
