Hailing from Baja Verapaz, this lot cultivated by Fredy Orantes and small-scale producers thrives in a unique environment: the Mesoamerican biological corridor, where cloud and dry forests create ideal conditions for coffee.

The combination of altitude (1400–1800 masl), volcanic soil, and cool climate slows down fruit maturation, leading to a higher concentration of sugars and a more complex structure.

The result is a natural coffee that maintains clarity, sweetness, and a well-defined acidity — something uncommon for this type of process.
