Caotal is a specialty coffee from Venezuela produced by Víctor Montilla in the coffee-growing region of Boconó, Trujillo state, a mountainous area traditionally dedicated to high-quality coffee.

The El Caotal farm, along with other family plots, has been tended by generations of the Montilla family, combining ancestral techniques with sustainable and chemical-free practices. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, with some trees being visited up to 35 times to ensure that only the cherries at their peak ripeness are picked.

This coffee is processed using a washed method, which provides clarity and cleanliness in the cup while highlighting its natural sweetness.
