This lot comes from Finca El Diviso, in Huila, Colombia, produced by Néstor Lasso, one of the most innovative figures in Colombian coffee today.

The Typica Mejorado variety, originating in Ecuador as a natural mutation of Typica, is extremely rare in Colombia and renowned for its complex profile and natural resistance. This lot represents one of the most refined expressions of the varietal in the country.

The Advanced Natural process follows a precise protocol:
Hand-selected cherries at peak ripeness
24 hours of pre-fermentation oxidation
Two anaerobic fermentations of 48 hours each
Thermal conditioning to stabilize microbial activity
Sun dried for 15–20 days on raised beds

The result is an exceptionally sweet and complex cup. It features a juicy and enveloping texture, bright acidity, and an elegant citrus-floral structure.
