El Oasis is located 2,150 meters above sea level in Ortega, Tolima, a region known for its high altitudes and rich biodiversity. The shade of native and fruit trees covers the 14-hectare farm, where Fernando Bocanegra has been producing coffee since 2017.
Fernando left behind his job as a chef to start a coffee farm alongside a close friend, with the goal of doing things differently from the start. After overcoming initial challenges, including COVID, they built the farm with a strong focus on quality.
In the cup, we find notes of coffee blossom, apricot, and lemon.
