Description
Description
El Placer is a contemporary expression of Colombian coffee, where tradition and technology meet.
Developed by fourth-generation producer Sebastián Ramírez, this project brings together six farms in Quindío and Huila under a common vision: to elevate quality and create opportunities for new generations of coffee growers.
Grown between 1,200 and 2,100 meters above sea level, this lot of Pink Bourbon variety reflects a precise approach to selection, processing, and quality control, resulting in a clean, balanced, and very accessible profile.
The project also promotes educational initiatives to train future producers, consolidating an impact beyond the cup.

About Three Marks Coffee
About Three Marks Coffee
Three Marks Coffee is a Spanish roastery and cafe located in the sunny city of Barcelona. It is the brainchild of three friends: Marco De Rebotti, Marco Pacca, and Marc Aguyé.
The idea to open their own cafe and roastery first originated in early 2018. Marco De Rebotti and Marc Aguyé had previously worked together at the equally well-known roastery Nømad Coffee. Marco Pacca joined them a little later, at that time working in an office just above Nømad Coffee. Marco now roasts for their own coffee shop and brand, Three Marks Coffee.
